To manage and oversee all soft services within a facility or group of facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. The Soft Services Manager supervises services such as cleaning, front-of-house/reception, pest control, waste management, and landscaping, ensuring compliance with health & safety and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification (desirable).
- A valid Qatari Driving License is required
- Locally Available in Qatar
