We are looking for a qualified professional with a Hospitality background who will be able to achieve excellence in operational delivery of FM services with the highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices, manage the FM scope of contract to ensure quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
To manage and oversee all soft services within a facility or group of facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. The Soft Services Manager supervises services such as cleaning, front-of-house/reception, pest control, waste management, and landscaping, ensuring compliance with health & safety and service level agreements (SLAs).

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in facilities or soft services management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification (desirable).
- A valid Qatari Driving License is required
- Locally Available in Qatar
Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
