- Must ensure that the camp complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards, especially those set by the Qatar Labor Law.
- They may also be responsible for maintaining records related to camp residents.
- Managing the logistics of the camp, such as ensuring an adequate supply of water, electricity, and other essential services, is a key part of the role.
- Camp security is a priority. Have to often work closely with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Required to provide regular reports to higher management regarding camp operations, issues, and any necessary improvements.
- Should be prepared to respond to emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, or other incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities when needed.
- Effective communication with camp residents and management is essential. Camp Bosses may need to address residents concerns or grievances.
- Responsible for managing the camp's budget, which includes expenses related to maintenance, staff salaries, and supplies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
