**Position Overview**: The Camp Boss is responsible for running and supervising the worker’s accommodation. The Camp Boss shall look after all camp aspects in term of attendance, maintenance, operations and financial. Ability to raise reports to manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assumes responsibility for checking in, no unauthorized staff entry and occupancy of the rooms including maintenance of records.
- Inspects all facilities and keep incident report record and staff details in case of misuse of the facilities.
- Plan with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, and disposal of garbage on regular basis.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining inventory, equipment list present in the facilities.
- Ensure have undergone through first aid and fire warden training.
- Performs basic maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical duties.
- Assume responsibility for supervision of security of the camp facilities and camp personnel.
- Ensure nobody smoke, drink & no cooking allowed inside the rooms.
- Monitor facilities, utilities management, & electricity consumption and coordinate emergency response activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently Residing in Qatar with Valid Qatar ID and NOC
- Proven experience (5 years) working in a similar role
- Must have Qatar Driving License
- Must have experience in electrical repairs Job
