- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety procedures and relevant legislation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
- Provide early forecasts and recommendations for resource allocation to support market expansion and account growth.
- Facilitate client engagement opportunities, manage opportunity pipelines, and oversee the seamless handover and review processes for contracts.

**Skills & Expertise**:

- In-depth understanding of waste management and recycling processes, technologies, and industry regulations.
- Ability to communicate complex waste management solutions clearly and effectively to clients.
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation within the waste management and recycling sectors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely service delivery.

- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements relevant to waste management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, specifically within the waste management and recycling industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
