**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Management**:
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all records are properly stored and easily retrievable.
- Track incoming and outgoing documents, updating version logs and ensuring that only the most current documents are distributed.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing document control standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Prepare reports on document control status and highlight any discrepancies or delays.
**Project Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative assistance to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Coordinate project-related correspondence and distribute communications to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project calendars and ensure that deadlines and milestones are clearly documented and communicated.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or document control is a plus.
- Proficiency in document management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in document control or administrative support is preferred.
