**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Range & Depth Management**: Oversee the product selection, ensuring that the range and depth align with customer preferences and market trends, with a focus on the floral category.
- **Ecommerce Management**: Lead and optimize ecommerce operations for the assigned category to ensure business objectives are met, including sales growth, profitability, and market share.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product offering.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on competitor activities, product trends, and consumer preferences within the floral industry.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain the appropriate stock levels and avoid overstock or understock situations.
- **Promotions & Pricing Strategy**: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to increase category sales.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth category management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably managing product categories.
- **QID Requirement**: Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the floral industry or similar product range management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
