operation of the drilling rig platform. They manage all aspects of drilling operations, including
personnel, equipment, and safety protocols. The Director ensures that drilling activities adhere
to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Manage drilling operations to achieve production targets while prioritizing safety and

environmental stewardship.

Direct and supervise drilling personnel, including drillers, derrickhands, roughnecks,

and other crew members.

Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to optimize drilling processes and

equipment performance.

Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents.

Monitor drilling parameters and performance metrics to identify opportunities for

improvement and efficiency gains.

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of

equipment, materials, and supplies to the rig.

Liaise with regulatory agencies and compliance officers to ensure adherence to industry

regulations and standards.

Prepare and present reports on drilling activities, performance metrics, and operational
