Job Summary:

We are hiring a Commis Chef Pizza Section to assist senior chefs in pizza preparation, ingredient handling, and kitchen operations while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pizza ingredients (dough, sauces, toppings)
  • Assemble and bake pizzas according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
  • Support senior chefs during busy service hours
