Job Title: Commi Chef – Central Kitchen (Night Shift)

Location: Qatar

Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Salary+ Food, Accommodation & Transport (FAT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commi Chef to join our central kitchen team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will support production operations by preparing daily orders, ensuring consistent quality, and maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety, and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all daily and weekly production orders for the central kitchen.
  • Manage and oversee all night-shift kitchen operations.
  • Prepare, marinate, cut, and fry chicken following company standards and BRD guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and proper portioning of all prepared items.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments with the storekeeper.
  • Maintain proper storage, labeling, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Supervise workflow throughout the night shift and support team members as needed.
  • Follow all food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Report shortages, operational issues, or equipment concerns promptly.
  • Train and guide new or existing staff when required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably with leadership capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of frying operations and food-safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility during night operations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Reliable, organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work the night shift (11 PM – 8 AM).
  • Must be currently in Qatar with a valid work visa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
