Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget.
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle inventory, features, and market trends.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and process all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in Qatar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the local car market and customer preferences in Qatar is a plus.
