We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team. The successful candidates will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations under the guidance of senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision of DCDP or CDP.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Follow recipe and portion control standards.
  • Support team members during busy service hours.
  • Comply with all food safety and health regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant).
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
  • Locally available with valid QID and transferable visa (preferred).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
