Position: Guest Service Agent (Temporary – 2 Days Only)

Location: Doha, Qatar (Mall-based)

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to support our event operations and ensure an excellent guest experience during a short-term assignment in a mall.

Duration: 2 days only

Location: Doha

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide mall visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance when needed
  • Support crowd control and maintain organized guest flow
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct guests to relevant areas
  • Assist the team with on-site coordination and reporting
  • Uphold company standards of service and appearance

Requirements:

  • Presentable and customer-oriented
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Available for the full 2-day assignment
