Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Business Development Associate focused on salon partnerships and onboarding. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, preparing and delivering professional presentations, and building strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication. Responsibilities include supporting the company's growth strategies and meeting defined targets.

Important note on compensation

This is a commission based role with no fixed salary. Earnings are tied directly to successful salon onboarding and activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach salons and wellness providers across Doha
  • Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
  • Pitch Kashkha's value proposition and close partnership agreements
  • Support onboarding by collecting required business details and helping partners set up profiles, services, pricing, availability, photos, and policies
  • Train owners and managers on using the platform and operating smoothly day to day
  • Track and manage a pipeline from lead to onboarded to activated partners and share progress updates
  • Coordinate go live readiness and follow ups to ensure partners remain active
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights with the product and operations team

Qualifications

  • Exceptional presentation skills and experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations
  • Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage
  • Arabic and English preferred
