Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef located in Doha, Qatar. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring culinary excellence. Day-to-day tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking meals, following recipes, and assisting senior chefs in various kitchen activities. The role requires effective communication within the kitchen team and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

  • Food Preparation and Cooking skills
  • Culinary skills and experience in various cooking techniques
  • Strong understanding of Hygiene standards and practices
  • Effective Communication skills within the kitchen team
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is desirable
