We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will work closely with senior chefs, learning and supporting all kitchen operations while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and food safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
  • Ensure food is prepared in line with established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
  • Support stock control and proper storage of ingredients
  • Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and checking product quality
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operation

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar entry-level kitchen role
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Culinary certificate or diploma is an advantage
  • Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
