Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships for our web design and development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for web design, development, and digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity in CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of web design, development, and digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English language.
