Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and ensure smooth coordination across all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, content creation, digital campaigns, and brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop weekly and monthly marketing plans.
  • Lead the marketing team, including the Social Media Executive and photographers.
  • Approve all marketing materials (photos, videos, captions).
  • Coordinate offers, promotions, campaigns, and events with management.
  • Build and maintain the content calendar.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize performance across platforms.
  • Conduct weekly planning meetings and assign tasks.
  • Manage outsourced content creators and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Oversee WhatsApp marketing and customer communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing (retail/jewellery experience is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Ability to review and guide creative content.
