Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Facilitate and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system within RLIC and QatarEnergy requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify risks, hazards, and unsafe practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of HSE programs, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
  • Assist in risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Environmental Science.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
  • Permit to Work (PTW) training/certification (preferred by RLIC/QatarEnergy).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in Oil & Gas or Industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Age: 35+ preferred.
