The company is recruiting a skilled ERP specialist to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP systems to ensure seamless business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct business process analysis to identify and establish ERP requirements for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • System Analysis and Enhancement: Evaluate existing infrastructure and implement IT system improvements.
  • Development and Configuration: Design customized programs, scripts, and user-friendly interfaces; configure ERP applications to meet business needs.
  • Installation and Integration: Deploy Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
  • Performance Optimization: Run diagnostic tests, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
  • End-User Support: Provide technical support, training, and documentation for ERP users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor development progress, update ERP processes, and stay informed about the latest ERP upgrades and industry regulations.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop and enhance forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and permissions using BI tools.
  • Database Management: Work with SQL Server databases on Azure to fulfill business requirements, with Oracle database knowledge as a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and system administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and database systems (SQL Server and Power BI).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in diagnosing and resolving ERP issues.
  • Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases, project management, or business administration is highly valued.
