Core Responsibilities

  • Document Handling: Preparing reports, memos, and correspondence. Filing and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Office Coordination: Managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the workspace is organized and functional.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and other important information

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and scheduling
