Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Doha, Qatar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in the ICT Cybersecurity industry
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
