Head of Enterprise Sales – Technology Sector

Mzad Qatar is looking for a highly experienced enterprise sales leader to strengthen our relationships with major government, semi-government, and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, Deep understanding of Qatar's business ecosystem, and hands-on expertise in tendering processes, RFPs, and government sales within the technology and digital services sector.
Must have worked with large Government and Semi-Government organizations in Qatar
Must have proven expertise in handling public and private sector tenders
Strong background in technology, digital platforms, or enterprise sales
Fluent in Arabic and English (reading and writing)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute B2B and enterprise sales strategies targeting government, semi-government, and large private entities.
Manage the complete tendering and proposal lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to submission and negotiation.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships across ministries, authorities, and large corporations.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized technology-based solutions and proposals.
Develop and execute long-term sales plans to achieve organizational growth targets.
Represent Mzad Qatar in key business meetings, exhibitions, and government events.
Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B
or enterprise sales in technology, IT, or digital solutions.
Proven record of managing large-scale accounts within government and semi-government sectors in Qatar.
Expertise in tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations (mandatory).
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
Valid Qatar Driving License required.
