The Commis 1 – Continental is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality continental dishes under the supervision of senior chefs. The role requires excellent cooking techniques, consistency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and menu standards.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
  • Ensure proper mise en place before each service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen section.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist senior chefs during busy service hours.
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to superiors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar continental kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of international and continental cuisines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC and ready to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
