We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Executive to support and independently manage a range of events from planning through to delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the events industry — taking ownership of projects while being guided by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering event projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, talent agents, suppliers, and internal teams to understand objectives and deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Support in developing project plans, budgets, supplier coordination, and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers — including assisting in contract negotiations and cost management.
  • Oversee on-site event setup and execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager / Project Director on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Stay current with event trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance event delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles within the events industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in client and supplier interactions.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Experience in the Qatar or broader Middle East region is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
