About the Role

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and dependable professional
to manage servicing and claims operations within our Property & Casualty (General Insurance) portfolio.

This role focuses on client servicing, claims coordination, and policy administration across multiple lines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with both clients and insurers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in insurance claims or servicing and thrives in a lean, fast-paced brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client servicing, renewals, and mid-term policy changes.
  • Coordinate all aspects of claims handling — from registration to settlement — ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain organized policy and claims trackers; ensure timely issuance and endorsements.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and adjusters to resolve claims and service requests efficiently.
  • Support the placement and relationship teams with technical inputs and renewal data.
  • Uphold SANAD's operational standards through attention to detail, documentation control, and SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
    in Property & Casualty servicing or claims, either with a
    broker or insurer
    .
  • Previous work as a Claims Executive or Adjuster is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of general insurance documentation and claims procedures.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurer portals.
  • Language:
    English required; Arabic preferred.
  • Insurance or business-related degree preferred.
  • Experience in the
    Qatar or GCC insurance market
    is an advantage.
