Mission & Core Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary
Business Development Manager
to architect the commercial bridge between Asia's industrial giants and Qatar's economic transformation.

  • Stakeholder Ecosystem Management:
    Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key local stakeholders and relevant ministries to facilitate smooth market entry for investors.
  • High-Level Delegation Management (MICE):
    Orchestrate and host high-profile business delegations and summits.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations for Land Lease Agreements, Joint Ventures, and Build-to-Suit projects.
  • Market Intelligence & Advisory:
    Act as a consultant to prospective investors, providing authoritative insights on Qatar's localization policies (In-Country Value), energy transition incentives, and regional supply chain dynamics in the GCC.

Qualifications & Requirements

Professional Expertise

  • Education:
    Master's degree in International Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years in diverse FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), Industrial Real Estate, or Corporate Strategy.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

  • Cultural Intelligence:
    A deep understanding of Middle Eastern business etiquette combined with the ability to navigate Chinese culture.
  • Strategic Resilience:
    High adaptability to navigate complex situation.
  • Service Excellence:
    A polished demeanor suitable for interacting with C-level executives, government officials.

Language Proficiency

  • English:
    Native or Bilingual proficiency (Professional Business Level) is mandatory.
  • Mandarin:
    Native or Bilingual proficiency is mandatory to effectively communicate with Chinese investors.
  • Arabic:
    Working proficiency is considered a significant strategic advantage and will be prioritized.
