Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term financial plans to support investment strategies, mergers, and capital raising (IPOs, debt/equity financing).
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards (GAAP), and risk management frameworks.
  • Monitor cash reserves, optimize liquidity, and assess short-term liabilities to maintain financial stability.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate portfolio performance, ROI, and risk exposure.
  • Oversee accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) and present insights to the board, investors, and regulators.
  • Advise the CEO on M&A opportunities, market trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting investment decisions.
  • Implement financial systems (ERP, digital forecasting tools) to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification Preference:

  • Masters degree in finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA); CFA or CPA preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years in senior financial roles within investment banking, asset management, or private equity.
  • Proven track record in capital allocation, investor relations, and IPO preparation.
