Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring manager and provide feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the outsourcing industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
  • Immediate joiners preferred
