Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, based in Doha. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals. The individual will also represent Alftek at industry events, actively network, and contribute to the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and build client relationships.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or BIM sectors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant business software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
