Operates within a well-structuredenvironment with a clear reporting framework, which continues todevelop in line with business requirements. Key JobAccountabilities
  • I Develop and prepare Training &Education reports showing comparative information of potentialexternal providers including their respective program or coursecontent, methodology, quality, costs and other necessary data tofacilitate their evaluation, selection and approval.
Coordinateswith Supply department in developing external vendors'Contract Work Orders (CWO) to ensure that established Qatargaspolicies and procedures on procurement are strictly adhered to andtrain and monitor staff in L&D to use and implementCWO's Plan and Coordinates the preparation of the AnnualTraining Catalogue by uploading it in Qatargas systems, monitoringthe training registration, updating training Catalogue, etc.
Coordinate and prepare of the Annual Training Catalogue incoordination with the T&E Team members.

In addition,support on the actual delivery of training process / cycleincluding and not limited to booking of venues, attendance oflearners, and provision of other logistical support.

Maintain theTraining Centre and E-learning Centre booking and provide therequired support for all logistics about Training venues.

MonitorsT&E team to ensure actual delivery of training programs,booking of venues, attendance of learners, provision of otherlogistical support and resources for the overall implementation ofthe Annual Training Catalogue.

Maintain corporate training recordsdatabase, compile and submit financial reports and such otherreports as may be required by the Training & EducationManagement.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • II Coordinates theevaluation of external training providers, internal facilitators,instructors including course materials, prepare and submit suchreports as required by L&D Management.
Prepares the budgetestimates for non-technical training courses and the operation ofthe Training Centre and monitor training costs to maintain costeffectiveness of external & core and job generic skillsin-house trainings.

Assist in the preparation of the Training& education accrual and variance analysis and any itemsrelated to invoices payment in coordination with T&Emembers.

Monitors the performance of T&E SAP, workflowsystems and reporting framework for data integrity and qualityassurance. Coordinates with IT for troubleshooting and systemscapability enhancement.

Prepares training needs analysis reportsbased on the competence gaps data extracted from Performanceappraisal end of year review to determine the requirements of thetraining courses for training catalogue courses demand plan.

Deliver and facilitate training session and/or teambuildingactivities for the assigned groups.

Profile description:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Human Resources or related discipline. Knowledgeand/or Experience
  • I 5 years' experience in the field ofhuman resources including 2 years' spent in a learning anddevelopment environment.
