IT Support Engineer
Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues to identify the root cause.

Provide step-by-step guidance and resolutions to users, ensuring their understanding.

Coordinate and perform on-site visits when necessary for complex issues or equipment setup.

Work closely with IT teams to set up new workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and system optimizations.

IT Support Engineer Qualifications
a

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
b

  • At least 23 years of experience in an IT support or technical support role.
c

  • Preferred to have experience in IOT and OBU devices
d

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable.

General Requirements
1- Ability to replace any resources if the provided resource/s didn't fit client requirements

2- Replacement of resources should be less than 5 working days

3- Technical resources to create and deliver handover report to client team lead before contract end date by two weeks

4- Human Resources provided can work in weekends and holidays if needed

5- Human Resources to follow client policy and rules for example attendance time, appearance and etc.

6- Service Provider can extend the resources anytime the client request, in less than 5 working days

7- Client can extend its contract monthly based on need (For example events time )

Monthly report for Human resources activities should send to Client Infrastructure lead
