We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking Event Coordinator/Executive to join our team and oversee event planning and execution for our halls.

As an Event Coordinator/Executive, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their guests.


_Responsibilities:

Plan and organize a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, conferences, and social functions, while understanding and catering to the specific cultural needs and preferences of Arabic-speaking clients.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships to understand their event requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

Coordinate with various vendors, including caterers, decorators, audiovisual technicians, and entertainers, to secure necessary services and negotiate contracts that align with clients' expectations and budgetary constraints.

Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining the desired event quality.

Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual arrangements, seating plans, and transportation, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly and on time.

Communicate event details and updates effectively to clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear understanding and coordination throughout the event planning process.

Troubleshoot issues and make quick, effective decisions to resolve any challenges that arise during events, maintaining composure and professionalism.

Stay updated with event industry trends, Arabic cultural traditions, and relevant market knowledge to offer innovative event solutions and enhance client experiences.

Contribute to event marketing and promotion efforts, utilizing social media platforms and other channels to attract attendees and increase brand visibility.

Manage a team of staff or volunteers, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration to deliver successful events.

_Requirements:

Fluent Arabic language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role, demonstrating successful event planning and execution.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Budgeting and financial management skills to create and manage event budgets effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
Creativity and a design sense to contribute to the visual aspects of events and enhance the overall event experience.
Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms for event promotion.
Leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide a team of staff or volunteers.
