About the Role:

The Regional Sales EnablementManager & Coach is responsible for fostering a culture oflearning and growth across their designated territory atCrowdStrike.

While driving regional consistency in execution, thesuccessful candidate will lean on their own sales experience todeliver coaching, mentoring, and enablement that develops teamcapabilities and drives productivity through best use of salestools, techniques and methodologies.

The position will report tothe Senior Director of Global Field Sales Enablement. This rolewill be remote, but preferably based in Reading, UK or Barcelona,ES.

What You'll Do:
Provide coaching and mentoring thatincorporates sales strategy and proven sales methodology

  • Build and implement annual, and quarter by quarter enablementstrategy by working with key stakeholders, assessing needs, andleveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Make datadriven decisions to determine learning gaps and develop/delivercoaching plans to improve productivity.
  • Align withleadership on strategy and focus areas and achieve buy-in aroundexecution.
  • Work with sellers and provide feedback tostrengthen techniques and identify possible areas of improvementthrough coaching sessions, training, deal reviews, etc.
  • Organize, coach/prepare, and evaluate for sales readinessassessments.
  • Facilitate one to one and group coachingeither virtually or in person to drive continual learning andup-skilling sales techniques.
  • Ensure consistency ofmethodology and identify opportunities for improvements in existingtraining content.
  • Collaborate, align, and work withleaders to build processes that reinforce key learnings.
  • Continuous feedback, reporting and ongoing communication ofenablement strategy and programs to sales managers.
  • Workclosely with managers to help identify and nurture emergingleadership talent; using as a feedback loop to content or traininggaps to be added to curriculum or programs. Lead enablementprograms to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity andramp.
  • Collaborate with the broader enablement and crossfunctional teams to develop/conduct employee training using avariety of instructional techniques and delivery methods. Thisincludes facilitation of application-based learning
  • Build credibility and act as an experienced sales coach to mentorsales representatives and leaders on the mechanics of the salesprocess, sales methodology, and qualification frameworks(MEDDPICC).
  • Transform sales mindsets and skill setsthrough a combination of onboarding, ever-boarding and otherenablement programs.
  • Provide feedback to the curriculumdesign team to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Support build and monitoring of sales certificationprocesses.
  • Assist in content creation and driveconsumption/utilization of training.
  • Build repeatableprograms to improve yield and actively monitor results.
  • Create and develop necessary supporting assets and processes toincrease sales productivity and standardize the sales motion

WhatYou'll Need:

Degree:
Bachelor's orMasters' degree or equivalent experience.

Communication & Facilitation Skills:
Exceptional andengaging interpersonal communication style that transverses thevirtual world; Experienced in communicating with business andtechnical personas.
Sales Experience: 5+ yearsexperience in sales or sales management – preferably incomplex selling environments.

Sales Methodology& Certifications:
Recognized capabilities, certifications,and qualifications in leading sales methodologies, coachingframeworks and MEDDPICC.

Influencer & ChangeAgent:

A high-energy individual with a sense of humor and abilityto work with a wide range of personalities; Comfortable engagingwith and communicating at all levels – must be able toconduct needs assessments with sales executive leadership andassess sales skills at an individual level and feedback tomanagers.


  • Ability to align and influence others,establish direction, achieve consensus and execute.
  • Astrategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset.

Personal drive:
Effective time manager, capable ofdeveloping the strategy and executing on the tactics and supportingprograms, while managing competing priorities. Superborganizational and project management skills.

Travel:
Willing and able to travel internationally, when necessary andsafe, to facilitate various training programs

  • Familiarity with designing and implementing a SalesMethodology
  • SFDC Familiarity; Ability to define salescontent to relevant sales phases & activities
  • Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms with mobilelearning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust trackingand reporting features.
