- Assist in the preparationof case files for courtproceedings.
- Monitor and managedeadlines and schedules for multiplecases.
Requirements
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelorsdegree in Paralegal Studies or a related fieldpreferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrativerole.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel OutlookPowerPoint).
- Familiarity with legalsoftware and case managementsystems.
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively.
- Attention todetail and accuracy.
- Understandingof legal terminology andprocedures.
Miminum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Working knowledge of Qatarlabor regulations and governmental authorities. Strong problemsolving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability tobuild strong relationships Excellent communication and writingskills both in Arabic and English Extensive experience in PublicRelations/Communications Eye to details and acute organizationskills
