Receptionist/ Document Controller


Location:
DOHA, QATAR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain an uptodate inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for document control, including filing, organizing, and archiving company documents.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and organize necessary documentation.
  • Assist in audits by providing requested documentation and information.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with document control procedures is a plus.
