Partner and consult with business leaders of critical roles and teams to support the delivery of strategic goals and identify opportunities to improve employee performance via Performance learning.

Continue to drive the blended offer of Talent Development's operating model across a fully blended portfolio.


Provide a link between HR Business Partners and Talent Development to ensure performance initiatives are strategically aligned with critical roles and teams.

Work with business leaders to develop the leadership capability of HiPos in critical teams across core QR Group business areas via the offering of digitally focused solutions.

Foster a new learning culture where new skills can be applied and practiced on-the-job

Supports the overall positioning of the Qatar airways Leadership and Learning framework.


Creates a vibrant and impactful learning environment that helps Qatar airways sustain a competitive edge by adapting to the changes in the global market.

Promotes a learning culture across Qatar airways, valuing learning at all levels. Supports building a culture where leaders themselves lead learning both formally and informally.

Leads, develops and executes the Global Skills Framework and Learning Boosters strategy and content

Leads a best in class digital learning strategy and content creation to support Qatar airways demand.

  • Oversee the implementation of Internal L& D Platform across all agreed and identified QR divisions.
  • Provides guidance and support to Senior Manager TD on transformational learning and development strategy.
  • Provide direction and communicate the capability of internal Elearning provision to the business.
  • Provide guidance to support the learning strategy for all divisional QR Group training teams.
  • Communicate and offer integrated blended learning solutions for business owners in the areas of leadership and people development.
  • Ensure effective evaluation techniques are adopted and reported on across the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of jobrelated experience
  • Digital transformation experience
  • Managing and leading complex, multifunctional, multicultural teams.
  • Learning and Development experience and leadership.
  • Design, develop and implement digital development programs.
