Qatar Airways is thrilled to offer a new opportunity to be part of our Customer Engagement & Loyalty team as a Loyalty Non-Airline Partnerships Specialist.


Joining us in this role means being the key point of contact for Non-Airline loyalty Partnerships such as Financial, Travel, Retail, and Lifestyle, among others. Your main tasks will include expanding and managing the portfolio of non-airline partners within your specific vertical.


You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with important stakeholders, leading Business Development initiatives, supporting Privilege Club projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives, and focusing on enhancing customer engagement, profitability, and achieving yearly revenue goals.


Key responsibilities:
  • Develop partnership strategies to create new member benefits, increase earn velocity, offer new redemption choices, and boost revenues
  • Enhance non-airline penetration through well-defined business plans and collaboration with local teams in key markets
  • Manage loyalty product offerings through interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify potential non-air partners through networking and sales efforts
  • Pitch new partnership proposals effectively to senior management
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss commercial terms, customer value propositions, and more
  • Manage partner account portfolios and ensure yearly growth
  • Negotiate and discuss contracts to secure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Review legal documents to ensure compliance with business policies
  • Coordinate new partner product launches for maximum exposure
  • Monitor partner purchases and adjust business plans as needed to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with partners on joint offers and campaigns
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of partner launches

Qualifications:

About You:
  • High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree without prior experience for Qatari Nationals
  • Experience in consultancy or business development/commercial/finance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Data analytics proficiency
  • Effective presentation abilities
  • Experience in benchmarking and competitive analysis
  • Commercial Acumen

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in loyalty programs or aviation, and knowledge of loyalty economics
  • Project management skills
