As Airline Partnerships Manager, you will create a clear airline partnerships strategy and refine/optimize all partnerships by working closely with the loyalty management team.


Other key responsibilities are:

  • Act as the key representative from loyalty in all internal and external alliances related discussions and topics to ensure having the appropriate representation.
  • Lead the negotiations with other airlines when it comes to loyalty partnerships and continuously innovate to create unique value propositions for members.
  • Work closely with the loyalty economics and the value proposition team on proposals and commercial terms to establish new airline partnerships or refine the existing ones
  • Execute data driven initiatives in the airline partnerships and alliances space
  • Refine the proposition of partner airline redemptions through experience and relevant pricings
  • Manage all alliance loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications:

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Loyalty Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 6+ years of jobrelated experience
  • Possess loyalty partnerships understanding
  • Experience in working with other airlines/alliances
  • Understanding of general airline industry, interline agreements, alliances
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity
