We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our innovative solutions in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to prospective clients to demonstrate and sell our Vehicle Tracking Systems and related IoT solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve and tailor our offerings to market demands.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and support for clients.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or IoT sector.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and IoT technology, particularly in vehicle tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
