Fleet Sales Consultant

Role Overview The FleetSales Consultant Generates sales by visiting current and newcustomers externally to develop relationships, recommend newproducts, provide information, or discuss After-sales issues.
Welcomes customers to the Fleet Showroom and facilitates sales byproviding information regarding specifications and pricing ofvehicles and answering queries. Maintains relationships withexisting and prospective buyers within trading guidelinesestablished by the Sales Management.Role ResponsibilitiesSales& Customer Communication:
Conduct external visits tocustomers and potential customers in order to carry out salesprospecting – analyze customers' needs, proposeaccurate solutions including service, maintenance, road assistance,insurance and financing so as to provide completeofferings.
Encourage test drives of vehicles.Make professionalclient presentations that promote price-value advantage. Providequotations and follow up with customers after presentations. Answercustomer inquiries about product specifications, pricing, andpayment methods. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and followthrough to facilitate timely payment of receivables.
StakeholderManagement:
Coordinate with the Credit department regardingfinancing and credit deals and assist in handling creditapplications
General Duties:
Attend to showroom visitors in aprofessional and timely manner. Deliver vehicles and ensure asmooth transition to After-sales. Undertake additional relatedresponsibilities as required.
Administration and ReportingMonitorand report on market trends and competitor activity.
Submit accuratesales forecasts for superiors.
Keep a record of customer informationfor customer call reports.
Prepare proposals based oncustomer's requirements and standard technicalspecifications. Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceExperience inautomotive sales. in the local or Gulf market a plusknowledge appearance and attitudeto present technical productknowledge. Results oriented.
