Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the staff deliver thebrand promise and always provide exceptional guest service.
  • Ensures that the staff provide excellent service tointernal customers in other departments.
  • Observesemployee-guest interactions and coaches staff in guest serviceskills as necessary.
  • Ensures that all guest and internalcustomer complaints and enquiries are handled in a timely,courteous, and efficient manner, following through to ensureproblems are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Ensures that theoutlet is operated in line with goals to maximizes profitabilitywhile delivering on the brand promise.
  • Assists theDirector of F&B Operations in preparing the Annual BusinessPlan and budget for the outlet.
  • Supports the Director ofF&B Operations in analysing outlet business performance tofacilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting.
  • Seizesmarketing and promotional opportunities to raise awareness anddrive outlet revenues.
  • Proactively supports the Directorof F&B Operations and Client's Head of Marketing& Communications to implement the Annual Marketing Plan forF&B operations.
  • Manages the outlet, pursuingexcellence and quality in all aspects of the operation.
  • Coordinates proactively and collaboratively with consultant-partnerorganizations to implement restaurant concept and ensure fulldelivery of brand promise.
  • Ensures that the outlet andsurrounding area is always kept clean and organized.
  • Oversees the preparation and implementation of outlet manpowerrosters to effectively meet operational needs.
  • Monitorsoutlet operations, especially during peak business periods, makingresourcing adjustments where necessary.
  • Supportsbanqueting and other activities as assigned by the Director ofF&B Operations.
  • Performs any other dutiesassigned by the Director of F&B Operations as necessary.
  • Encourages and motivates employees, building trust,respect, and cooperation within the team.
  • Ensures that apositive and harmonious work environment is maintained within theoperation.
  • Reviews and approves all HR-related issuesranging from staff personal issues (leaves, loan approvals) tomanpower planning.
  • Supports the Director of F&BOperations with the recruitment, selection, and orientation ofoutlet staff.
  • Ensures that staff follow all company andlocal policies, rules, and regulations, including those related tohealth and safety, security, etc.
  • Attends trainingsessions when required and keeps up to date with industrydevelopments/practices
