University of Doha for Science and Technology - Partnerships and Engagements Directorate - Profile:

Duties & Responsibilities:


This position requires a confident communicator who will manage and coordinate relationships with key partners; provide technical inputs to senior management's efforts at the country level to develop new and innovative partnerships besides setting and monitoring annual priorities, goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Partnerships and Engagements Directorate.


The incumbent will develop targeted products and initiatives to mobilize programmatic resources and attract additional donors' funding and undertake donor studies, research, and other activities to identify funding opportunities; update the resources mobilization strategy as needs emerge.

The incumbent will provide technical support in the drafting and review of partner-specific Framework Arrangements and Cost Sharing Agreements and the preparation of brief funding proposals and concept notes, where appropriate.


Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration required

Master's degree/Professional certification preferred

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in admissions coordination

Language:

Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language required.

Other Required Skills:

Highly resourceful individual with analytical thinking and critical thinking skills. An expert in relationship building along with excellent time management preferred. Stakeholder management, teamwork, quality, diligence and service excellence should be the strong attributes.
