About therole

Promote and sell Al Maha Servicesto walkin customers create bookings based on online/email requestsand answer customer enquiries to achieve the assigned revenuetargets within prescribed time frames. Assist the sales force inorder to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional service toour customers inside and outside Qatar Airways along withefficiently handling day to day sales related activities followingthe standard procedures.

Keyaccountabilitiesinclude:

  • Promote and sell AlMaha Services to walkin customers to drive sales growth and meetsales targets.
  • Respond to customers phone/emailenquiries in a timely manner and generate sales from thoseenquiries.
  • Seek opportunities to upsell highervalue Al Maha Services products to increase value and profitabilityper customer.
  • Checkin customers to the Al MahaServices lounge/sand manage lounge capacity appropriately to ensurethe customer experience is optimized.
  • Providesupport to the sales force to ensure increased awareness of Al MahaServices products/services by guiding them on the standardoperating procedures and provide sufficientinformation.
  • Support business growth withcorporate accounts and ensures all sales enquiries are directed tothe Sales executives as potential new sales and revenuesstreams.
  • Consistently collect and send feedbackfrom VIP and regular guests to the sales team and understand theservice needs of the regular and VIPcustomers.

Qualifications

Aboutyou

The successful candidate will havethe following qualifications andskills:

  • Minimum of High schoolgraduation
  • Minimum 2 years relevantexperience
  • Formal qualification in sales orrelated is an advantage
  • Understanding ofpremium hospitality/airline/airportoperation
  • Working knowledge ofWord/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Good communication skillsboth verbal and written
  • Think creatively andfind alternative solutions
  • Empathetic to needsof multiculturalcommunity
