Exciting Opportunity at Qatar Airways: Join our Customer Engagement & Loyalty team as a Manager Loyalty Marketing

As a Manager Loyalty Marketing, you will oversee the strategic direction for Privilege Club marketing and communications. Your responsibilities will include creating strategies for member acquisition, engagement, and retention that align with Qatar Airways' loyalty and commercial objectives.

In addition, you will drive personalized offers and messages to enhance long-term member engagement and contribute to the Department's focus on personalization.

Operational duties will involve:

Strategic:

  • Identifying customer stickiness drivers and implementing successful acquisition strategies
  • Setting revenue KPIs for Privilege Club
  • Creating campaigns for member revenue and engagement
  • Optimizing member acquisition and retention through personalized marketing plans
  • Developing digital and non-digital marketing infrastructure
  • Delivering promotional communications to drive revenue
  • Aligning marketing strategy with Privilege Club targets

Operational:

  • Managing Privilege Club marketing and segmentation
  • Defining technology requirements for Loyalty Marketing
  • Researching best practices and product localization

Marketing Communication:

  • Implementing an effective marketing strategy across channels
  • Managing dynamic content for real-time communication
  • Launching new communication channels as needed
  • Developing excellent user experience for mobile channels

Web Analytics:

  • Leading Social Media as a key marketing channel
  • Ensuring tracking and analysis for continuous improvement
  • Utilizing Social Media functionalities effectively

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engaging with external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency
  • Communicating QR marketing developments to business stakeholders

Budget:

  • Managing the Privilege Club Marketing budget
  • Achieving revenue targets through member activities
Qualifications

About You

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Quantitative, analytic, and team leadership skills
  • Experience in technical and commercial roles
  • Previous work in the Middle-East with diverse customers
  • Cross-functional experience in Marketing, IT, and customer care
  • Ability to interpret data and trends in loyalty marketing

Team Management Skills

  • Delegation, direction setting, and workflow management
  • Mentoring, coaching, and team building capabilities
  • Training and development skills
  • Experience with loyalty programs
