Role Summary:

The Marketing Specialist, Strategic Accounts, will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives for government clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the public sector, and the unique communication needs of government agencies. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven marketer with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of navigating the complexities of the government accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each account.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within digital skilling for government.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and digital content, that resonate with government audiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive awareness of skilling initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Provide marketing support for proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and government procurement requirements.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and manage content that addresses the specific needs and challenges of clients.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with government regulations and guidelines.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze initiatives performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Measure ROI and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets.

Support TeKnowledge Marketing in Qatar:

  • Support the execution of focused events, including conferences, workshops, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution.
  • Support social media for TeKnowledge Middle East

Qualifications:

  • up to 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on the government sector or accounts.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with government procurement processes and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
  • Strong understanding of the government accounts and public sector dynamics as well as national skilling programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
