We are a medium size quickly growing reputable catering company in Qatar, currently on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team immediately. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering outstanding service.

The Job Requires :
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Extensive experience in kitchen management and overseeing daily operational activities.
  • Proven ability to enhance production efficiency within the team.
  • Prior experience working in five-star hotels, showcasing a commitment to high standards.
  • Preferred previous experience in the Gulf region.

  • Systematic Work Processes and Procedures: Responsible for introducing and upholding robust work systems, processes, and procedures that guarantee systematic and consistent operations, regardless of individual staff changes. A strategic approach to workflow management is essential for operational excellence.
  • Prestigious Background: Experience in world-class catering companies, renowned restaurants, or five-star hotels, reflecting a commitment to exceptional service and quality.
  • Regional Experience: Prior work experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous, but not a requirement.
