Accountabilities and Key Roles:

  • Achieve set of objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with new large Corporate Clients .
  • Enhance the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and coordinate with other SBU 's (Cross Selling).
  • Improve the profitability of large corporate portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with the set policies & procedures.
  • Manage, monitor and recover facilities granted under the portfolio.
  • Ensure the implementation of the bank's business development strategy marketing strategy within the large corporate section.
  • Identify existing and potential key large corporate Clients and define their needs
  • Manage large corporate and contracting clients in a way to achieve set targets.
  • Maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of other SBU' s products and services
  • Identify new products and services to meet Clients requirements and needs.
  • Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio's (simultaneous Growth)
  • Oversee the state of the clients to ensure their solvency.
  • Liaise with segments to provide high quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.
  • Collect all required documents to make a credit decision.
  • Implement field visits to large corporate clients
  • Follow up clients complaints, and service recovery process.
  • Write, Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions
  • Deliver high quality of credit proposals in line with bank's policies and lending guidelines.
  • Identify contracting finance opportunities in the market by government and private sectors.
  • Closely monitor contracts financed by the banks to ensure disbursements in line with the approved cash flow.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • University degree from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • 10 years of Corporate experience in a leading Local/ International Bank.

Competencies:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Thorough understanding of the full range of banking products and services
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with large companies.
  • Proven analytical and modeling skills and thorough understanding of financial statement.
  • Understanding Contracting finance including structuring and monitoring.
  • Strong credit analysis and assessment capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of lending practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills.
