The Role Includes

  • Analyze safety occurrences, update database on a daily basis, and ensure notification sent to the concerned stations for investigations.
  • Conduct safety risk assessments, investigations, and verify non-conformance reported, preparing periodical non-conformance performance reports.
  • Monitoring and control the required safety implementation through the entire network for safe cargo operations.
  • Development of promotional material and campaigns for cargo safety to raise network awareness on the best practices and improve operational performance.
  • Regularly evaluate the Network station performance and ensure it is sent to the stations and effectively managed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Good understanding of safety management systems.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in safety investigations and risk assessments.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Ability to liaise with peers and stakeholders in the HUB and around the Network.
  • Possess skills to manage and represent data on Operational/Commercial performance.
  • Working knowledge of investigative business analytic systems concerning Audits/SMS is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and deliver safety promotions.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
