This is a full-time role for a B2C Sales Manager in Doha, Qatar. As a B2C Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the BenQ B2C portfolio, developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also need to work closely with respective product managers to initiate marketing initiatives and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales strategy for BenQ monitors and projectors in Qatar Region
  • Develop and implement sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, resellers and distributors.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with retail partners.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies to maximize impact and drive sales.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market share, and competitor activities.
  • Present sales forecasts, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2C sales and sales management in Qatar region

Experience in the sales of Monitors & Projectors is a PLUS. Experience in Sales of Gaming Products is a PLUS.

Experience in B2C channel sales (IR & OR)

Strong connections with gaming cafes and the eSports community in Qatar

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies

Result-oriented mindset and a strong drive to achieve sales targets

Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
