Key Responsibilities: • Take part in the development of the Division strategic business plan and alignment with the Group HR strategy. • Develop a Division HR strategic / people plan in line with the Group HR strategic / people plan and Division strategic business plan including performance management, engagement, MIS and communication. • Through Centers of Excellence, drive strategy for expert areas e.g. recruitment, L&D, Remuneration and Policies. • To project manage and lead on assigned HR projects assigned from Group HR in order to support process change, developments and policy and procedural reviews. • Challenge the status quo and strive to review the ways of working to bring about efficiencies and new ways of working. Persuade and influence key stakeholders in order to gain buy in to any change initiatives. • Know the business, the strategy and business drivers, products, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues, enabling a solution focused approach. Understand the hopes, fears, likes, dislikes and who the key influencers are. • Effectively manage change, consult with the Division to effectively achieve and adapt to change to support business outcomes. • Organizational Design - Ensure that the organization is appropriately designed to deliver organization objectives in the short and long-term and that structural change is effectively managed. • Insights, Strategy and Solutions - Develop a deep understanding of business areas, the organization and the context in which it operates. Using business understanding and data analytics, develop HR strategy and actionable HR insights and solutions to drive initiatives that benefit and align to the business strategy. • Learning and Talent Development - Ensure that people at all levels of the organization possess and develop the skills, knowledge and experiences to fulfil the short and long-term ambitions of the organization and that they are motivated to learn, grow and perform. • Performance and Reward - Build a high-performance culture by delivering programme that recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, experience and performance, and ensure that reward systems are market-based, equitable and cost-effective. • Employee Engagement - In line with the organization’s objectives, ensure that in all aspects of the employment experience – the emotional connection that all employees have with their work, colleagues and to their organization (in particular line manager relationship) is positive and understood, and that it delivers greater discretionary effort in their work and the way they relate to their organization. Qualifications About You We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR Team who can recognize themselves in the points below. • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential. • Minimum 8 years relevant experience • A recognized accreditation in Human Resources is preferred. • Experience with specific HR Business Partner responsibilities is required. • Excellent Command of English language • Generalist HR knowledge - with a particular focus on performance management, organizational design, engagement, employee relations • Legal awareness – including country/region labour laws • Understanding of best practice HR management theories • Personally Credible - Able to think things through rationally, apply sound judgement and use emotional intelligence to defend your decisions. • Collaborative - Work effectively and inclusively with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, customers, teams and individuals both within and beyond the organization. • Courage To Challenge - Having the courage to challenge entrenched views at appropriate times when a distinctive point of view enriches the debate. • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
